About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of operating a retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking. The position requires willingness to work in the kitchen and support a clean, inviting store.

Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours across a five-day workweek and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The posted full pay range is $54,562.30 to $81,855.80. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
