About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with employee training and development and other store management responsibilities. The role helps schedule employee shifts, resolve store issues including customer concerns, ensure compliance with required regulations, and support audits and proper merchandise placement and stocking. The Assistant Store Manager oversees timely guest transactions and hospitality, and monitors profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities
