About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team performance. The role helps maintain focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contribute to total customer satisfaction, develop team members through training and evaluation, and support recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. Signet provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
