About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team performance. The role supports achievement of individual and team standards, sales goals, and profit projections while contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. It also involves developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, recruiting and selecting team members, enforcing company policies and procedures, and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
