About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an engaged, energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts. The role focuses on guiding customers toward lifelong wellness, achieving store sales and productivity goals, developing talent, and fostering community relationships. It also supports a culture of continuous education, training, and professional development. The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain store operations, including store upkeep, loss prevention, receipt processing, shelf stocking, and accurate product pricing. The role may include additional duties as required. The Vitamin Shoppe describes itself as a wellness destination offering supplements, proteins, healthy weight support, and related products.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and locations, depending on business needs.
Valid driver's license.
Three to five years of retail experience.
Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Ability to support the development of strong teams.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
