About The Position

Assistant Managers at Andy’s oversee all aspects of store operations and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. Requirements

1–2 years of proven management experience in food service or a leadership role in a related industry.
Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Must be able to physically work all shifts up front while serving guests and supporting staff.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
Ability to lead by example and uphold high operating standards in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to help the team grow through ongoing coaching and feedback.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Solid employment track record with positive references.
Ability to meet the physical requirements described in the posting, including standing and walking constantly; occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely; occasionally using ladders, stairs, or ramps; and working outside in various weather conditions.
