About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the store’s day-to-day operations, including merchandising, inventory control, banking responsibilities, and managing the store when the manager is absent. This is an hourly position.
Requirements
- Be a strong salesperson with supervisory experience.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Have dependable transportation.
- Have a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the sales floor is properly merchandised and freight is moved to the floor within 48 hours.
- Handle inventory control and banking responsibilities.
- Manage the store in the manager’s absence.
