About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and have a positive impact on customers and team members. The role helps maintain focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contributes to total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
