About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily sales and operational performance. The role helps ensure individual and team members meet standards and sales and profit projections, contributes to a strong customer-satisfaction environment, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
