About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager at the LEGO® Brand Retail store in Pinnacle Hills Mall, Rogers, Arkansas, works with the Store Manager to deliver strong store results and ensure the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values are reflected in store operations and guest interactions. The role motivates and develops the team, supports an engaging and safe store environment, maintains merchandising standards, and helps deliver inspirational retail experiences that encourage imagination and creativity through in-store play.

The position requires full availability to work 40 hours per week. The hourly wage range is $26.91–$28.46. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. The workplace is the store specified in the advertisement. The company describes a hybrid work model that can allow work from home up to two days per week, with applicability to this role to be discussed with the People Leader.

Requirements

• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems and computer proficiency.
• Experience with loss prevention and cash management.
• Experience with recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll management.
• Expertise in space management and visual merchandising.
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

• Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere.
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop the team to support a productive and collaborative store.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.
• Help ensure the brand’s reputation is represented positively in guest interactions.
• Support an active, hands-on in-store experience that encourages imagination and creativity through play.
