About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with and under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role trains, coaches, guides, and empowers team members to deliver a positive guest experience. The manager oversees center store activities, inventory, daily bookwork, audits, invoices, vendor check-ins, safety processes, and service and maintenance tickets. As part of the store leadership team, the manager may step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable and performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead center-store operational activities with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed and daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
Perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
