About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager at LEGO Brand Retail collaborates with the Store Manager to ensure the LEGO brand, vision, and values are reflected in store operations and guest interactions. This role helps drive store performance, maintain merchandising standards, and deliver engaging retail experiences built around LEGO brand values. The Assistant Store Manager helps recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a productive team while fostering a safe, positive, and fun environment. The position is based at Pinnacle Hills Mall in Rogers, Arkansas, and requires full availability to work 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Management experience in a retail environment.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and computer proficiency.
- Experience with loss prevention and cash management.
- Experience with recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Experience with scheduling and payroll management.
- Expertise in space management and visual merchandising.
- Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including lifting at least 30 lbs.
