About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Saraland, Alabama. As a member of the location management team, the Assistant Store Manager provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role supports operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals while helping maintain an energetic and fun working environment. The manager may also perform the duties of other store team members, including Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians, as business needs or absences require. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience are requested for candidates without vehicle maintenance experience.
