About The Position

As Assistant Store Manager at Acne Studios’ South Coast Plaza store in Costa Mesa, you will work collaboratively with the Store Manager and the team to lead the store and nurture loyal, engaging customer relationships. The role contributes to excellent customer service and sales results by overseeing daily store operations, monitoring performance, managing inventory, supporting sales strategies, and helping develop the team. Training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling are provided.

Requirements

Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand customer needs and translate them into excellent service.
Ability to guide and motivate a team through clear communication and feedback.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
Experience working in a luxury fashion retail environment.
Good knowledge of analyzing retail KPIs and developing a strategy plan accordingly.
Fluency in English.

Experience in a progressive leadership role in luxury fashion retail.
Additional language skills, depending on market requirements.

Responsibilities

Guide and support customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
