About The Position

Assist in supervising store employees and participate in the day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensure the accountability and security of cashier funds, and maintain the neatness and attractiveness of store merchandise so displays remain well-stocked. Assist customers in locating items and prices and explain store policy. Help employees resolve routine problems and perform special assignments. Assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience working in a retail store preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
