About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help maintain daily focus on individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections. The role contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development. Requirements

At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
