About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising; maintains high standards and provides fast, friendly customer service; and supports execution of the food program. The Assistant Manager sets an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, using eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
