About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations at its Tysons, Virginia store. The role calls for prior management experience and a solid understanding of retail store operations. The successful candidate will build and motivate a team to serve customers effectively and drive sales revenue.

The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain store operations, delegate work, manage inventory, uphold visual merchandising standards, coach and develop associates, and support recruiting. The role requires strong communication and partnership with the Store Manager, adaptability to the UNTUCKit selling culture, and the ability to work independently in the store. Retail scheduling may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Keyholder, Sales Lead, or full-time manager.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organization, accountability, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and coach other team members.
• Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve goals.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Efficient time management and delegation skills.
• Passion for retail fashion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Apple technology.
• Ability to work alone in the store.
• Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

• College graduate, preferably with a BS/BA in sales or a relevant field.
