About The Position

Assists in supervising store employees and participates in the day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse. Helps ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, accountability and security of cashier funds, and the neatness and attractiveness of merchandise displays. Assists customers with locating items and prices and explains store policies. Helps employees resolve routine problems and perform special assignments. Assumes the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Retail store work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
