Requirements
- Love working with people and building relationships
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Thrive in a commission-driven, goal-focused environment
- Enjoy sales and helping guests find the right products and services
- Are confident, dependable, positive, and self-motivated
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Have open availability 7 days a week and can work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing
- Have 3+ years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail
- Are competitive, coachable, and motivated by winning as a team
Responsibilities
- Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
- Drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth
- Set the pace on the sales floor and lead by example
- Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
- Build relationships with guests and deliver an exceptional experience every time
- Train, motivate, and retain top talent
- Monitor team performance and turn goals into results
- Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards
