Assistant Store Manager - North Las Vegas
About The Position
Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a store team, support operations, and provide a positive customer experience. The role assists the Store Manager with daily operations and assumes the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed. It includes supervising, training, and supporting team members; serving customers; and maintaining store cleanliness, organization, stock, and safety. The Assistant Store Manager also helps manage inventory, complete reports, and maintain operational standards while following company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and step into the Store Manager’s role when needed.
- Supervise, train, and support team members.
- Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally, and build positive relationships with regular guests.
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
- Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
- Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
- Travel to nearby stores when needed.
