About The Position
Chili's is hiring a Bartender to serve food and beverages while creating a lively, hospitable atmosphere for Guests. The role centers on providing excellent service, maintaining current knowledge of menu items and beverages, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and collaborating with Guests and Team Members. Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the locality.
- Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Be a team player.

Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
- Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members.

- Demonstrate strong time-management and multitasking skills.
