About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Store Manager also conducts outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership development. This is a regular, full-time, onsite office role located at 2350 S Oneida St, Green Bay, Wisconsin. The schedule is 40 hours per week. Salary is listed as $47,500–$71,300, with commission opportunities; the posting also mentions $18,000 in commissions if sales goals are met. Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
