Assistant Store Manager - Kenosha Area
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of operating a retail and food location in the Kenosha area. The position includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; food safety; ordering and inventory control; P&L responsibilities; and cleaning and stocking. The assistant manager must be willing to work in the kitchen and help maintain a clean, inviting store. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours over a five-day workweek. Additional hours worked over 40 in a week are paid at time and a half. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and pursue other leadership positions within the company.
