About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to help run its food program in the Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie area. The role involves preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on 2nd shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
