About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including employee training and development and store operations. The role supports employee scheduling, resolves store issues and customer concerns, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and requirements, assists with audits and merchandise placement and stocking, and oversees timely guest transactions to provide hospitality. The position also monitors profitability through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation.

Responsibilities
