Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of operating a retail and food-service location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking. The assistant manager must be willing to work in the kitchen and help maintain a clean, inviting store. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours over a five-day workweek and receive time-and-a-half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The role offers opportunities to develop skills for further challenges and leadership roles within the company.
Requirements
- Prior management or leadership experience; the posting lists 1–3 years of leadership experience.
