About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is a passionate advocate for Pandora’s brand, culture, and products who helps deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role supports the Store Manager and is central to the store’s success, with substantial time spent on the sales floor engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales. The position also requires completing an assessment sent by email after applying.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented leader in a high-performance sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to deliver positive results.
• Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
• General computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Office 365, and experience with retail point-of-sale systems.
• At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and promote a store culture centered on the Pandora brand, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Identify opportunities to exceed business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create memorable shopping experiences through strong product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Train and inspire the sales team, encourage accountability for individual and store performance, and provide real-time feedback and coaching to support KPI goals.
• Build customer loyalty through authentic engagement and lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Build a talent network and support seasonal and regular hiring, including Sales Associates and Sales Leaders.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on-brand store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
