About The Position
JARS Cannabis is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Assistant Store Manager for its West Valley dispensary locations. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves developing and leading a motivated team, supporting achievement of performance goals, and cultivating a positive store culture. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Facility Agent Card from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), pass a standard background check, and undergo a fingerprint background check. Requirements
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid Facility Agent Card from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience; retail or dispensary experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 20 or more staff members.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for cannabis education and customer experience.
- Must pass a standard background check and undergo a fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
- Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate product scanning during transactions.
- Partner with procurement and marketing teams on sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and team development.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and achieve performance goals.
