About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our team at our El Mirage overnight dispensary locations! If you're passionate about leadership, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for cannabis consumers, we want to hear from you. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll play an important role in developing and leading a motivated team, meeting performance goals, and creating a positive store culture.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or dispensary settings.
Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent Card.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ employees.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for cannabis education, compliance, and customer experience.
Open availability to work the required overnight schedule.
Must pass a standard background check.
Must undergo a fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate product scanning during transactions.
Partner with procurement and marketing teams to support sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Assist with hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and team development.
Support daily store operations and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
