About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at Swarovski, you will be a brand advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You will coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store's success every day. This role involves acting as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience, coaching, motivating, and onboarding team members to maximize performance, supporting recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, driving sales and supporting monthly plans and targets, and overseeing store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance. You will also step in for the Store Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
  • Some leadership and coaching experience
  • A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
  • Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
  • Responsible and able to take ownership
  • Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
