About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager and helps deliver the store’s success. The role is immersed in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products, with significant time spent on the sales floor engaging customers and working alongside the team to drive sales and provide exceptional customer experiences. The ASM helps build brand loyalty, develop the sales team, attract talent, and maintain merchandising and operational standards. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking capable of delivering positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and arrive at work on time.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in delivering store success.
Engage customers on the sales floor and work alongside the team to drive sales.
Build genuine connections with customers and exceed individual and store sales goals, commercial targets, and KPIs.
Provide excellent product knowledge and create memorable shopping experiences that build brand loyalty.
Coach and inspire the sales team, promote accountability, and provide real-time feedback and guidance toward KPI goals.
Build a network and help recruit Sales Associates and Sales Leads for seasonal and core hiring.
Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
