About The Position

Zales Outlet is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role contributes to sales and profit projections by maintaining focus on individual and team standards, fostering total customer satisfaction, and developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. The Assistant Store Manager also helps recruit and select team members, follows and enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties. Signet offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and management skills, along with opportunities for career advancement through its promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
