About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager in Waiting program is designed to develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment. This role is for external new hires only and offers dynamic career paths with rewarding opportunities to impact the lives of others and help them express love and themselves. Advancement into a leadership role is based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs. Team members not selected for a leadership role at the conclusion of the program will be placed into the appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment. Candidates should clearly understand program expectations, including the temporary developmental nature of the role and the potential outcomes at the end of the 180-day period.

Requirements

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work successfully in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business results.
