About The Position
This position offers high-potential leaders the opportunity to bring their experience and skills to Signet while learning about the company and its culture and being taught the Signet Selling System. The employee will serve as a Store Manager in Waiting at one of the company’s locations for up to six months, gaining knowledge of its products and services. By the end of the six-month introductory period, the employee must either transition into a leadership position with little to no compensation adjustment or move into another role aligned with their qualifications, with an appropriate compensation adjustment.
