About The Position

The posting lists openings for Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor at Birch Run Premium Outlets in Birch Run, Michigan. The Assistant Store Manager must have open availability, including mornings, days, and nights needed to open and close the store. The role has a minimum standard work week of five days and averages 44 hours per week, with increased hours during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available during opening and closing hours, have at least five days of availability, and work a minimum standard of 30 hours per week. All management team members must be available on weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and regular attendance. Reliable transportation is required. The role may require moving to different locations within the company’s network based on operational needs and career growth. The work takes place in a moderately noisy retail setting. Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Assistant Store Manager: open availability, including mornings, days, and nights needed to open and close the store; minimum standard work week of five days.
Supervisor: availability during store opening and closing hours and a minimum of five days of availability.
All management roles: weekend and holiday availability, punctuality and regular attendance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff, and to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
