About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring store management team members for its retail store at The Galleria in Centerville, Georgia. Management members oversee daily store operations, lead and develop employees, and deliver customer experiences that support store sales and company growth. The role includes responsibilities across team leadership, customer service, sales, merchandise and inventory management, store upkeep, financial performance, local marketing, and problem-solving. The posting describes two roles: Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor. Assistant Store Managers must have open availability for store opening and closing hours, a minimum standard work week of five days, and an average standard work week of 44 hours, with longer hours during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available during opening and closing hours and have at least five days of availability, with a minimum standard work week of 30 hours. All management roles require weekend and holiday availability.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, including a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

May need to relocate to different company locations based on operational needs and career growth.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
