About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its McCain Mall store in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Management members oversee daily store operations, lead and develop employees, and deliver a strong customer experience while contributing to store sales and company growth. The posting covers Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor roles, whose minimum work-week requirements differ. Assistant Store Managers need open availability, a minimum standard work week of five days, and an average standard work week of 44 hours, which may increase during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available for at least five days and work a minimum standard of 30 hours per week. All management employees must be available on weekends and holidays. The role requires regular attendance, reliable transportation, clear spoken and written English, and business-related math skills. Employees may be asked to move to other company locations based on operational needs and career growth. Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves
