About The Position
The Assistant Shop Manager assists with all aspects of store management and helps oversee daily shop operations. The role includes opening and closing the shop on the manager’s days off, supporting an exceptional customer experience, training employees, maintaining compliance with safety and health regulations, and helping track shop performance. Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program; for high-performing managers, average bonuses and commissions may add $1.50–$2.00 per hour to hourly salary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Ability to work Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing when the manager is off.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
- Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
- Monitor and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Handle cash and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
