About The Position

The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for generating service order estimations and quotes, scheduling appointments, conducting post-repair follow-ups, and educating customers on service costs and work completed. This role requires the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment and demands exceptional customer service skills.
