About The Position
Primrose School of North Phoenix is seeking a passionate Assistant Childcare Director to join their team. The Assistant School Director will be dedicated to the success of young children, committed to creating a safe and healthy environment, and fostering a culture where children and team members can thrive. The role involves nurturing a child's first five years by creating a supportive culture for staff, families, and children, cultivating an environment committed to health and safety, learning all essential functions for each position to support and inspire, managing school operations in the Director's absence, and assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
