About The Position
Primrose School of Alpharetta East is seeking a passionate Assistant Childcare Director to join their team. This role is dedicated to the success of young children, creating a safe and healthy environment, and fostering a culture where children and team members can thrive. The Assistant Director will nurture the first five years of a child's life by creating a supportive culture for staff, families, and children, cultivating an environment committed to health and safety, learning all essential functions for each position to support and inspire, and managing the operation of the school in the Director's absence. The role also involves assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
