About The Position

As a Celebree School Director, you'll be embarking on a journey of leadership and impact. Requirements

  • Must meet the requirements to be a School Director as approved by the governing State agency.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in education
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Strong management, leadership, organizational skills, flexible & able to multi task
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Complete CPR and First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
  • As a school leader, you play a vital role in the lives of staff, parents, and children by inspiring your team to strive for excellence, fostering meaningful relationships, advocating for children's education and well-being, and leading a high-quality childcare center.
  • Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
  • Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
  • Ensure exceptional WOW customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
  • Support and lead new company initiatives
  • Strengthen community relationships and drive enrollment by actively participating in local marketing initiatives, networking events, and organizing open houses and other promotional activities.
