About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. This role involves assisting and supporting the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to provide excellent customer experience and technology solutions using AT&T products and services. The position operates in a fast-paced industry focused on customer satisfaction and engaging sales activities, offering opportunities for growth and financial rewards. My Wireless is a rapidly expanding company with over 180 locations, committed to inspiring and developing its team members for career advancement.

Requirements

  • Management experience in a similar field
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience preferably in the Wireless Industry
  • Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading your team members to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless
  • Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
  • Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members
  • Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
  • Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself
  • Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
  • Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals
  • Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day
