About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members. The role focuses on providing excellent customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 180 locations across the US and Puerto Rico. The company's mission is to inspire team members through journeys that instill knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers to achieve goals. My Wireless emphasizes a fun and rewarding training program to develop team members for promotion, supporting its explosive company growth. Requirements

Management experience in a similar field
Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
Bachelor’s degree
Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
Experience prospecting through outbound calls

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner
Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance
Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members
Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself
Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals
Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day
