About The Position
Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day-to-day operations of the rowing program.
Requirements
- Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Rowing experience

Responsibilities
- Provide instruction for practice and regattas
- Assist in creation of training plans
- Assist in execution of race strategies
- Prepare and Analyze performance breakdown post competition
- Identify highly qualified prospective student athletes
- Assist in retention efforts
- Basic understanding of boat maintenance and care
- Other duties as assigned.
