About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide route service to a set customer base. The role involves picking up and delivering uniforms and facility services products, including floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products. Daily duties include lifting and carrying clean products into customer accounts and removing soiled products, walking within customer locations, and occasionally driving a company-owned vehicle between customer stops. The posting states that the vast majority of Route Service Sales Representatives work four days per week and do not work weekends.

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Be self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment to meet goals.
• Have a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base.
• Pick up and deliver uniforms and facility services products, including floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products.
• Lift and carry clean products into customer accounts and remove soiled products.
• Walk while servicing customer accounts.
• Occasionally drive a company-owned vehicle between customer stops throughout the day.
