Assistant Route Service Sales Representative
About The Position
Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide route service to a set customer base by picking up and delivering uniforms and facility services products, including floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products. Daily work involves lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into customer accounts and soiled products out of them. The role occasionally requires driving a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day. The vast majority of Route Service Sales Representatives work four days per week and do not work weekends. The position offers opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, mentoring, and development of business skills. It is a regular, full-time, first-shift position.
Requirements
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
- Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.
- Be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
- Be self-motivated and able to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
- Have a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
Responsibilities
- Provide route service to a set customer base.

- Lift, carry, and walk clean products into customer accounts and soiled products out of them.
- Occasionally drive a company-owned vehicle between numerous customer stops throughout the day.
