About The Position

The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps manage the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet and supports the delivery of memorable guest experiences. Working with the Restaurant Manager, this role helps maintain service and product quality, address guest feedback, develop team members, support food and beverage revenue initiatives, and uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; assist with performance evaluations and professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
