Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities: Identify and develop relationships with new clients to maximize profitability of restaurant meeting spaces and private dining areas
• Manage and grow client accounts: Maintain existing client relationships to foster loyalty and secure repeat business
• Lead sales efforts: Conduct sales calls, attend networking events, and strategically promote private dining and restaurant services to drive revenue growth
• Coordinate event logistics: Collaborate with restaurant and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of private dining events
• Develop and negotiate contracts: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and execute contracts that balance client satisfaction and profitability goals
• Report on performance: Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement
